About Us

Coventry is a gated community consisting of 81 single-family residences in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Coventry is conveniently located within minutes of shopping, dining, entertainment, and more. It offers the security of a planned community with an active Homeower Association and clearly defined covenants. The HOA Board is comprised of seven volunteer residents. Control transferred to the HOA in 2002 and the Association has never been involved in a lawsuit.

Coventry is a beautiful place to call home. The landscaping throughout Coventry is designed to protect the natural beauty of the site and to promote the “greenspace” visual appearance desired by the homeowners. The yards, grounds, and streets in the neighborhood are maintained by the HOA. Most important of all, Coventry is a community of neighbors.
